Cancellation & Refund policy
- Conference registrations can be cancelled with a 50% refund if email notification is received by
September 10, 2025.
- Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund.
- A 30% refund is available for cancellations if email notification is received by November 15,
2025.
- No refunds will be issued after November 15, 2025. However, in the case of emergencies or
extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the
Organizing Committee.
- Please note that all fees for special events are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be processed 30 days after completion of the conference.
- The Registration fee for the workshop is non-refundable.
